Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. 

Once your order has been scheduled for delivery, tracking information will be provided.

Local delivery is available for all South Florida Locations. (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties, & The upper Florida Keys.)

Delivery charges are based on the delivery location or zip code, and product size.

Someone 18 years of age or older must be available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time.

We use reliable 3^rd party transportation services for deliveries.

We recommend inspecting the product and packaging when your order is delivered.

If you notice significant damage to the packaging or product, please take photos and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Please keep all original packaging, accessories, and shipping materials until you have inspected and tested the products.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including entrance or gate passkey if a gated community or apartment complex.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make an address change. Once an order has shipped or been dispatched for delivery, we may not be able to change the destination.

Additional transportation charges resulting from an incorrect address, missed delivery, or requested redelivery may be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping and delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Shipping, freight, and delivery charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been completed.
