Refund policy

30-Day Return or Exchange Policy:

We want you to feel confident with your purchase. All products include a 1-year warranty on functional defects and a 30-day return or exchange period from the date of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  • The original packaging, and all included accessories (e.g. remote control, stand, power cord, etc.) must also be returned.
  • Products with physical damage due to misuse or improper installation, or products with missing parts/accessories may not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide return instructions.
  • Once the television is received and inspected, you may choose an exchange or an approved refund to the original payment method.

Warranty:

  • The 1-year warranty covers functional defects only and does not include functional defects due to misuse of the product.
